Meet Jennifer Erwing
Jennifer has lived in Houston since 1977 and received her B.A. in Psychology and Management at the University of Houston. Prior to being a Realtor, Jennifer worked as a marketing and sales representative for the technology industry in the Houston area specializing in customer service and technology issues.
She has a strong work ethic and dedication to her clients developed in part from her experience in working with her successful family owned and operated businesses.

TheVAloan.org is a continuing education school created to educate Real Estate Agents so that they may be better equiped to advocate for United States Veterans. Through education we can help ensure that our nation's Veterans get the benefit that they earned. Our school is C.E. certified in 12 States and we are actively adding more as of this writing. It is our pleasure to provide this service to the real estate industry as our way of not only helping Veterans in their endeavors, but helping Real Estate Agents be more successfull in business.

Meet Tod Frazer
Tod is a New Hampshire native and has been living in Houston since 2010. Before becoming a Realtor®, he worked in merchandising, management, and sales for a national home furnishings company. His experience there honed his skills in working with people, managing multiple projects and deadlines, and keeping his team calm under pressure.
Tod finds creative solutions to achieve his client’s goals. He thinks outside of the box, and finds ways to make every deal work for every client. Outside of his business, animal rescue is a cause close to his heart; Tod and his husband share their home with four rescue dogs and one rescue rabbit, and for every home sold he makes a donation to a local animal rescue group.

Meet Natalie Murgia
Raised in a real estate family in Houston, Natalie graduated with a B.A. in History from the University of Texas in Austin. She spent several years supporting two major hospitals with their health information systems before pursuing a career in real estate.
Her clients have described her as an extended family member who listens to their vision and invests in them. She has a natural ability to be hands on and facilitate an environment for her clients to make their own decisions. Her solution in nearly every situation is to work harder yet she has the ability to work smart.
